What are the most important factors in your life? Being healthy and excellent fitness should be an important goal for us all – at the end of the day, how they feel reflects the quality of our lives lead us – and what is more important than your life? Feeling good, in essence, means maximizing your status physical and mental health. This article focus only on the physical point of view (perhaps I will post an article about the mental factors if I receive a positive response to this page). To do this exercise without pain as possible to be healthy I have broken down in 3 easy tips to use that anyone can follow. My aim in doing has been to eliminate the factors that people tend to use not as an excuse to get through the following 'with the proposed action. These factors may include financial time and commitment constraints. The beauty of these boards is that they are very easy to apply and most people already know they are correct. Hence, Why most people ignore common sense, or even do the opposite? The answer is simple, they have conditioned themselves or society, the act and perform in a certain way. This article is not intended to change their daily routine, which may be poor or excellent, but simply input the additional activities easier and faster to the routine to improve your physical health. Here goes (note, these are the suggestions that have worked for me, and while the ideas are learned from extensive reading, which are all specifically support shown by the figures – that's the beauty of people have an opinion!): —

Tip 1
Drink between 2-4 liters of water daily. Replace all soft, warm tea, coffee etc. with water (do not like water? Drink enough you will!). Personally, add a big slice of lemon to all the water they consume – 1) because I love the taste 2) lemon is alkaline, which is widely accepted to be healthier that produce acid. In addition, you should never feel a sensation of thirst if intaking serious enough water, as this is a sign of the onset of dehydration. Therefore, drinking or drinking water at regular intervals during the day short, increasing the intake of water when removed from the body through sweating, or increased Physical activity has occurred. A water source is available to you all the time? Easy – always prepare a large bottle of water at the start of your day and keep about you all day.

Tip 2
Not only have their fruit "five a day" / vegetables – to ensure that is greater than the rest of their daily intake. Therefore, if you really need that juicy 12 oz steak, be sure to compensate with a big salad, or a portion of vegetables annihilate the steak in size! I'm not going to be who tell you not have certain foods, we all have our pleasures, but if you learn to overcome the pleasure (or, better still, that the healthy choices the pleasure – but that's deepening mental outlook promised not to!) of fruits and vegetables, will be on the right track.

Tip 3
Reference. Do you know someone who is very healthy, either by appearance or vitality that exhibit? If it does, it is someone you want to interrogate (in a good way!). Find out how they exercise, what they eat and how they operate. They have demonstrated their method, apply now. If you do not know anyone personally complying with the specification of desired health, expand your search. Perhaps a celebrity or an athlete who has what you want. Research them, the website has an large amount of information as I suppose you know, so I'm sure a person of means can collect data from the point of reference 'you require.

Final Thoughts:
