Since taking the Wii Fit, I enjoyed playing the games that make the Wii Fit exercise routine. While these games are fun, they also encourage a lot motion of the body and therefore burns calories. While each of the games offered some enjoyment, I think there are three parties that stand above the rest, and for fun or for the challenge.

My third favorite games is the Wii Fit ski jump. This is part of the portion of the balance games Wii fitness program. The key to doing well in this game is to jump in a timely manner and maintain its position while descending. If you get out of balance, as the screen crash land in the snow and turn into a huge snowball. The challenge of trying to achieve maximum speed, while jumping at the right time is very funny and is the reason why this is one of the favorite activities in my exercise routine.

My second favorite game is Wii Fit aerobics. While This may sound strange, consider that I like games that are fun and involve a bit of challenge. In this game, follow the onscreen instructions to keep your Mii step with the rest of the characters. After doing this activity once or twice, you get an idea of how to stay on track. It almost feels like you're dancing, that for someone with two left feet like me, is a good change.

My all time favorite games of Wii Fit is the title of footballs. Using the balance boards, you must shift to the left and right weight to move your Mii footballs at their head, avoiding shoes and inflatable balls. If you have ever played this game with a group, the reactions of viewers when you checked with a shoe of an errant head. It's even more fun when you spend two or three times in a row. The fast-paced nature of this game along with the great challenge to make that the only activity that always has to play when I start playing Wii Fit.
