I lived in New York and when I did I had a gym membership in a high price which includes a lot of cardio classes, like much of the membership fee. One of those classes are cardio kickboxing and I really enjoy because it helped make exercise fun and stimulating, and also interactive. It was much nicer for me to ride a stationary bike or running on a treadmill and great thing is that it was also much more effective. It was then I started having really interested.

Soon I was making the pace of boxing and of course I was as cool as everyone said it was. It seems to me even more fun than my old class because it keeps track of how well I do and that matches my competitive nature. It's fun to try and beat your own score. It is also an exercise really great. I've been watching the pounds since I got out.
