Walkthrough for mario kart wii hack?

Ok, I have been looking into the hack where you can choose any item you want but I just don’t understand the process so if someone can walk me through the process of how to get that hack please tell me. and I know that most of you don’t like cheaters but when I play online I see a lot of them so I at least need the option of it if I have to. Thanks in advance

As far as I know this is a Homebrew Hack (not 100% sure)
This program is just like an Action Replay for DS but for the Wii. I’m not sure but there is Action Replays for Wii’s (I think)
